I hold a dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the University of Arizona, an
MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a Master’s in Material Science Engineering from the University of Arizona.
With over 18 years of combined experience in manufacturing and the energy and power generation industry, I have led
global initiatives in technical sales, financial modeling, project management, and long-term strategic analysis, most recently serving as Global Commercial Excellence Leader at GE Vernova. My career spans leadership roles across North and Latin America, where I have negotiated multimillion-dollar service agreements, driven revenue growth, and coached teams to deliver innovative solutions. I am an immigrant from Mexico and the first in my family to earn a college degree; I bring a unique blend of technical expertise, multicultural leadership, and I am deeply committed to inspire young women pursue careers in science and engineering regardless of their origin, economic limitations, or language barriers.
