NOTE: The directions below are for our general membership mailing list, NMNWSE-L@list.unm.edu. The directions for our other mailing lists are the same – simply substitute the appropriate list name for “NMNWSE-L”. NMNWSE has the following mailing lists:
- NMNWSE-L – reaches ‘everybody’. Intended for mailings of general interest to members and others who share our goals.
- NMNWSE_Board-L – reaches the state board. Mainly used for Board discussions.
- NMNWSE_Member-L – reaches only current year NMNWSE Members. Only used when distributing things that should not go to non-members, like the membership directory. (This list is not open.)
- Central_EYH-L – reaches the Central EYH planning committee. Used for CEYH committee discussions and posting relevant only to those in the greater Albuquerque area.
- Central-Chapter-L – reaches NMNWSE Central Chapter members and others interested in Albuquerque-area events.
- LAWIS-L – reaches Northern Chapter members. Used for posting relevant only to those in the greater Los Alamos area.
Welcome to the New Mexico Network for Women in Science and Engineering discussion list. The purpose of this list is to facilitate communication with and among members of the Network. Appropriate postings to the list include conference and meeting announcements, job postings, and other Network-related business. You do not need to be an NMNWSE member to subscribe. List subscribers who post inappropriate material will be unsubscribed by the list manager.
For those of you who have not been members of listserv lists at UNM before, what follows are instructions on how to post, unsubscribe, and get information about the list. We hope this list will be a useful tool to members of the Network.

Once members are subscribed, to communicate with one another simply address messages to NMNWSE-L@list.unm.edu
