9:30 – 11:00 am: Business Meeting (Agenda & Minutes will be sent in advance to registrants)
11:00 – 1:00 pm: Lunch and Guest Speaker (A.M. Chadima, WSMR Media Relations)
Lunch will be catered by McCallister’s Deli;
Boxes include a half sandwich, tossed salad and a chocolate chip cookie.

1:30 – 3:30 pm: “The Intersection of Art and Science” Panel, Discussion and Tour
Three women scientist/engineer/artists will participate in the Panel & Discussion. The Museum Staff
will then provide a guided tour.
